Let’s support real change for NYC’s most vulnerable homeless persons!
Homeward NYC serves homeless young mothers and their children, homeless LGBTQ young adults, and homeless and low-income seniors. Most have survived family violence or rejection.
At each location, they provide housing and support services including counseling, case management for residents to access financial and health care benefits, connections to community resources, group activities, and basic life skills.
