Empower homeless families, LGBTQIA youth, and seniors to live life forward!
We serve homeless young mothers and their children, homeless LGBTQIA young adults, and homeless and low-income seniors. Many have survived family violence or rejection.
At each location, we provide housing and support services including counseling, case management for residents to access financial and health care benefits, connections to community resources, group activities, and basic life skills. This year, we launched a new program to provide aftercare services in the critical year after move out from family shelter or supportive housing—and opened our third LGBTQIA housing site!
If you’re making a gift in someone’s honor, just fill out the “Note about my gift” section you’ll see on the next page.
